Enchanted Forest

Created for Frederick, Maryland’s first Designers’ Show House, Enchanted Forest is an imaginative playroom designed to spark creativity, exploration, and endless adventures. Every element was thoughtfully selected to encourage children to learn through play while creating lasting memories.

Inspired by the magic of the outdoors, the space invites little ones to roast pretend s’mores around the campfire, camp beneath a canopy of stars, curl up with a favorite book, or embark on their own woodland adventures. Interactive elements throughout the room encourage curiosity and imaginative storytelling.

A soothing palette of purples, grays, and creams is brought to life with playful pops of color, layered textures, and whimsical details that evoke the wonder of an enchanted forest. The result is a warm, inviting environment where imagination takes center stage and every visit feels like a new adventure.

Designed as both an inspiring showcase of creativity and a celebration of childhood, Enchanted Forest demonstrates how thoughtful interior design can transform a room into an unforgettable experience.
