Modern Touch in Brookmont

This guest bathroom renovation in Bethesda’s Brookmont neighborhood was designed with a major transformation in mind. Our client’s goal was to have her dated bathroom turned into a modern space with unique touches. We accomplished that by introducing a wall mounted vanity, streamlined chrome fixtures, marble-like floor tile, and straight stacked wall tile in the shower.

A bit of uniqueness was added by incorporating floor-to-ceiling tile on the wall behind the vanity that also coordinates with the shower tile. In addition, a band of white subway tile was placed in the shower that also encompasses the niche for a purposeful design element. White grout was used with the gray subway tile to tie all of the design elements together.

The neutral palette of grays and whites allows for splashes of color to be introduced with accessories & towels that can easily be swapped out as time goes on. Our client will be enjoying her modern and timeless bathroom for years to come!
